Genesys N8N User Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. In compliance with Facebook Platform Terms and general data privacy regulations, we provide a simple mechanism for users to request the permanent deletion of their data.

If you wish to remove your account and all associated data from our servers, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

We handle data deletion requests via our dedicated support email. This allows us to verify your identity and ensure the correct data is removed.

1. Send a Request Email Please send an email to our Data Protection Team with the details below:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name]

2. Required Information To facilitate the deletion process, please copy and paste the following form into your email:

Full Name: Email Address (associated with the account): Facebook User ID (if you logged in via Facebook): See "How to find your Facebook User ID" below if unknown.

How to Find Your Facebook User ID

If you used Facebook Login to access our app, we may identify your account using a unique Facebook User ID. You can find this ID to include in your email request:

1. Go to your Facebook Account and click on Settings & Privacy > Settings.

2. Look for "Apps and Websites" (on the left menu) and click it.

3. Find and click on [App Name] in the list.

4. Scroll down to the section labeled "Get Help from App Developers."

5. Your unique User ID is displayed there. Copy this ID and include it in your email request.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon processing your request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile and personal identifiers (Name, Email, Phone, etc.).

• Any in-app preferences or settings.

• Your Facebook User ID association (if applicable).

• Any user-generated content associated with your account.

Processing Time

We aim to process all verified data deletion requests within [e.g., 30 days] of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
